Amy Hillman, Jerry and Mary Ann Chapman Professor of Business
Hillman, nominated by many students, provides exemplary leadership in doctoral education. In the past seven years she has chaired five dissertation committees and co-chaired two others; taught three different doctoral courses; published with doctoral students in seven top journals; and presented with doctoral students at 15 national peer-reviewed conferences.
Outstanding Teaching Awards - MBA and Master's Programs, 2008
Angelo Kinicki, Weatherup/Overby Chair in Leadership Management
Kinicki has taught in the full-time executive and working professional MBA platforms. In his classes, he challenges students to think on their feet and take responsibility for contributing to their learning environment.
Amy Hillman, Jerry and Mary Ann Chapman Professor of Business
Hillman, who teaches in the full-time and executive MBA platforms, actively engages students in integrating the concepts they learn throughout their MBA coursework. Her courses blend theory and application in a fast-moving discussion-based learning environment.

Luis Gomez-Mejia, Regents' Professor of Management, Horace Steele Arizona Heritage Chair in Management
Gomez-Mejia is a prolific researcher, and this award recognizes his research productivity in top journals over the past three years. During this time period he published in journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal and Strategic Management Journal. During the same three-year period he also published numerous other articles, literature review chapters and several books.
Academy of Management Program Chair Elect
Anne Tsui, Motorola Professor of International Business
Anne Tsui has been elected Program Chair Elect for the Academy of Management. She will be President of the Academy of Management in 2011-2012.
